Благотворительный фонд “Спорт для жизни”, помогающий людям с инвалидностью заниматься спортом, провел традиционный забег “Без границ”. Одной из его особенностей является парный забег вслепую, во время которого один из партнеров бежит в повязке, имитируя незрячего человека, другой ведет его.

“Я бежала в повязке и еще и закрыла глаза, чтобы полностью ощутить ситуацию. Сначала казалось, что ты бежишь в каком-то коридоре и вокруг тебя сплошные препятствия. И постепенно этот коридор словно расширялся, пока я привыкала. Андрей, мой коллега, с которым я бежала в паре, все время рассказывал, что происходит на трассе. И еще интересное ощущение: вдруг ярче чувствуешь звуки, запахи”, — говорит 35-летняя Мария, одна из участниц парного забега вслепую.

Эта уникальная дистанция — традиция ежегодного благотворительного забега “Без границ”, проводимого благотворительным фондом “Спорт для жизни”, который и прошел на минувшей неделе в Измайловском парке Москвы. Идея проводить для всех желающих парный забег родилась в рамках работы самого первого и главного проекта фонда — проекта “Марафон в темноте”. Фонд начинал работу с того, что стал вовлекать в спорт незрячих людей, учить их бегать. А сейчас подопечные фонда — люди с самыми разными видами инвалидности.

“Пять лет назад стартовал наш проект “Марафон в темноте”: мы подготовили незрячего человека к бегу и к участию в марафоне. С тех пор проект значительно развился, — рассказала учредитель фонда Юлия Толкачева участникам забега. — Пока я работала с незрячими, я поняла, что волонтер, бегущий вместе с незрячим, является глазами незрячего человека на тренировках и соревнованиях. И это колоссальный опыт лидерства и взаимодействия между двумя людьми. Это создает потрясающие отношения, прорабатывает каждого участника. Такой опыт важен и тому, кто ведет, и тому, кто не видит. Ведь когда я не вижу, мне приходится делать выбор: или я доверяю тому, кто меня ведет, и я иду вперед, или я не доверяю, и тогда ничего не получится”.

Парный забег вслепую\: спортивная дистанция и психологический мини-тренинг

Истории участников, которые пробежали парный забег, самые разные. Одна из самых романтичных — история 28-летних Евгения и Татьяны, у которых всего через три недели состоится свадьба. Жених и невеста решили проверить, насколько они доверяют друг другу.
“Мне было очень комфортно бежать с Женей, он мне подсказывал, где правее, где левее, где обогнуть лужу”, — делится ощущениями девушка. “Первые сто метров рука Тани была напряженная. Я сразу сказал: успокойся, не переживай, я тебе буду подсказывать, и Таня доверилась, — рассказывает Евгений. — Нам понравилось! Обычный забег — это просто спортивное мероприятие. А тут — еще и сплачивающая идея! Забег вслепую — больше чем спорт. Это и психология, можно проверить себя”.

Задача забега “Без границ” — обратить внимание общества на важность участия людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями в занятиях спортом и соревнованиях. Эту миссию прекрасно выполнил уникальный парный забег вслепую.
“Таким образом, участники парного забега на себе чувствуют, как непросто людям с инвалидностью заниматься спортом. А незрячим еще сложнее, чем людям с другими видами инвалидности: не все даже со стороны понимают сразу, что этот человек не видит. Но каждый день незрячие люди преодолевают свой “забег вслепую”. Им нужен спорт, и им нужна поддержка, которую мы им оказываем и за которой мы обращаемся к обществу”, — говорит директор фонда “Спорт для жизни” Анастасия Плетминцева.

“Мы поддерживаем принцип инклюзии и по традиции наши забеги тоже инклюзивные, — говорит Анастасия Плетминцева. — Наши дистанции бежали и дети, причем самому юному бегуну было около двух лет, а участники еще младше “пробежали” забег в колясках, и люди “серебряного” возраста, и люди с инвалидностью. Мы всегда рады приветствовать каждого на нашем празднике спорта! А наш парный забег вслепую мы готовы провести для любой компании — это отличный психологический тренинг”.

Все средства, привлеченные в ходе благотворительного забега “Без границ”, будут направлены на развитие программ фонда “Спорт для жизни”, который развивает спорт для людей с инвалидностью.
